This season, an emblem has made its mark across collections, silhouettes, garments, and accessories. It's the S of Sportmax: a signature metal detail that connects and defines.

For Autumn-Winter 2025, Sportmax invited Lea Colombo - photographer, artist and furniture designer, and one of the most influential voices in the contemporary scene - to reinterpret the Iconic S project. The result is an immersive journey into her creative rituals, where the S becomes a portal: a liberating force towards the body, instinct, and the unseen.
Lea Colombo's imagery captures a vibration. The S emerges as a tactile material that filters light, colour, and sensation. In this campaign, Lea is both subject and author, staging herself, questioning herself, and allowing the S to become an extension of her visual universe.
Saturated hues, ritual blurs, and imperfect close-ups: photography becomes an act of presence. The S is sculptural, polished, yet intimate, like a found object, treasured and cherished.

Lea Colombo is a multidisciplinary artist and designer from Cape Town, South Africa.
Self-taught and known for her bold use of colour and saturated compositions, her work explores the dynamic interplay between ligit, form, energy , and perception.

Her practice is rooted in curiosity and intuition, an exploration of the unseen forces that shape our experience and the beauty found in the unknown.
